Delivery:
The selected carrier will inform you about the exact time of delivery.

If the date does not suit you, you can change it in agreement with the carrier. For example, you can postpone delivery to the next day (excluding Bank Holidays and Weekends).

Shipping Cost will be Automatically Calculated when you add the item to your cart.

• Minimum dimensions: 10 × 7 × 1 cm.
• Maximum shipment weight: 10 kg.
• Maximum size of one side of the shipment: 70 cm.
• Maximum sum of the dimensions of all three sides of the consignment: 120 cm
• (eg a consignment measuring 40 × 40 × 40 cm).

Due to the size limit of shipments, oversized products, such as large sympathy wreaths or Artificial trees, cannot currently be sent (excluding Czech republic, Slovakia, Germany, Austria, Romania, Hungary and Croatia).
